Kevin Kendrick is a 7th generation Floridan who was born-and-raised in Orlando. Kevin grew up in South Orlando and is a product of the Orange County Public School system graduating from Dr. Phillips High School in 1991. He attended Valencia Community College earning his AA degree. He then attended Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia and received a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1996 with the desire to teach students.

 

Kevin returned to Orlando and began his career in education while continuing his own education at Stetson University where he earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. His career in education spanned 22 years as a Teacher, Dean, Assistant Principal and Principal. Always having an entrepreneurial spirit, Kevin received his real estate license in 2010 and practiced part-time helping mostly friends and fellow educators.

 

In 2015, Kevin joined Keller Williams Realty in Lake Nona and learned the value of building long-lasting relationships and strengthening the community at the same time. In 2016, Kevin experienced a breakthrough year as his wife, Yvette ended her career in the legal field to join him in the real estate industry to create The Kendrick Team. 

In 2016, Kevin was also recognized as a Top 1% Realtor in Central Florida and has sustained that standing among Central Florida realtors. 

 

Kevin is married to Yvette Kendrick and is the proud father of Carson and Brandon. He believes in God, Family, People and Business. Kevin is passionate about real life experiences, traveling, helping others and connecting people. He loves volunteering at Nona Church and leads the parking team. He loves attending sporting events and Broadway musicals. Kevin is an avid fan of the Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Rays, University of Florida Athletics as well as Lake Nona High School Athletics.
