Customer Care Coordinator
Marielle Heredia is originally from New York. She graduated from Syracuse University in 2010 with her bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Food Service Management and spent several years in New York City restaurant management.
In 2015, Marielle relocated to Florida and shortly realized that the demands of restaurant management were taking away precious time from her family. Marielle transitioned from her career in restaurant management to a more family friendly career, Real Estate!
Prior to joining The Kendrick Team, Marielle started her real estate career in 2016 as an administrative assistant and became a licensed transaction coordinator in 2018. Her degree and experience have helped to cultivate a passion and excellence in delivering top-notch service to our clients and agents.
As the Customer Care Coordinator for The Kendrick Team, Marielle oversees all of the behind-the-scenes facets of every real estate transaction, ensuring our clients are taken care of every step of the way.
When Marielle is not working, she enjoys running, relaxing on the beach, listening to music, spending time with her children and family and eagerly waiting for Christmas every year!
